Using a variety of mainly free tools, I built out a roadmap that uses AI and automation tools to deliver a personalized user experience. I also included multiple backups of backups for the users information using different databases to ensure data protection.
Before settling down and committing to a final design, I brainstormed several different versions of the main pages and did some usability test/interviews to see if they are viable options. I then went back and improved the designs based on the data I gathered.
- We changed the home screen to include more important information at a quick glance.
- We also Introduced more visuals such as a progress bar and charts
- Rather then listing out each workout in a column, theres an emphasis on the current workout along with a more intuitive interface
- The bio was first inspired by other social medias but than changed showcase more relevant health information at the forefront.
- Progress photos are broken up into weekly blocks rather then individual photos for better organization.

- After some user feedback, we realized that the onboarding process plays a huge role in whether or not a user decides to sign up so making it as easy as possible will ensure and increase in user retention.

- You're able to search for different cuisines around you using various filters such as whats trending, countries, and even dietary restrictions.
- Seller profiles act as a bio section and provides more insights on the sellers story, menu, reviews and even short form video highlight reels to help advertise and market their business.

Given a bit more time, I would continue to speak to the community of potential buyers and sellers to further validate the product and build alongside them.
While working on the designs with the hopes of eventually creating an MVP, I came across many roadblocks such food codes and regulations regarding running a restaurant from a home kitchen.
